To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account provide an email address and password, or use Google login. There are no restrictions on who may create an account, but you must ensure your account information remains up-to-date and secure. You may delete your account at any time via the settings page.
You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
All content on Beat Detect, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Beat Detect or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
Beat Detect provides the Service 'as is' without any warranty or condition. In no event shall Beat Detect, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use the Service.
We offer subscription services billed on a recurring basis. Payments are processed through PayPal and Stripe. Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time. We offer a 7-day refund policy for initial subscription payments.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes through your registered email. Continued use of the Service after such changes shall constitute your consent to the changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Government of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may investigate any reported violation of these Terms and take any action we deem appropriate. This can include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspension, or termination of service.
To resolve a dispute with Beat Detect, please send a detailed description of your concern to our support team, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Users must raise a ticket with us to initiate and resolve disputes.
